Berry Blast Protein Smoothie!
- 1/2 greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/8 cup almond milk (plain or vanilla)
- 1/8 cup raspberries
- 5 medium to large strawberries
- 1 medium banana
- 1 scoop of protein powder
Stats will differ depending on the brands you use, but mine was 324 calories, 2g fat, 42g carbs, and 37g protein.
